Fire Inspection

• scheduled for Friday April 25
• Charlie is going attend with Guardians on shift, plus Austin and Haley

• complete an inspection report for each building due next meeting (May 27)

Near Misses/Incidents

• walk around as a Committee to assess near misses - field trip 1 hour
• Haley is working on new boat launch sign with screws instead of zap straps
• discuss wrong way vehicles in walk around - e.g. look at signage locations
• flares are OK in Sea Can

Action Items

• Charlie and Haley to plan fire drill for Environment/Member Services - Haley/Charles
• Create a draft 'Weekly Vehicle Inspection' form and save draft in 'Forms' in Share Point - Haley
• Zoe to send Fleet Best Practices to Rachel for Leadership Review (cc' Nikita) - Zoe
• Confirm if Rachel completed annual H+S report (to be reviewed on May 27)- Rachel
• Charles and Haley to prioritize tracker list and send to Josh CAO - Haley
• Zoe to schedule a 1 hour time block to do a walk around for near misses / assessments (second week of May) - Zoe
• discuss fuel storage during Fire Response meeting - Haley
• brainstorm method to prioritize in progress near misses - whole group
