Leave of Absence 

• return to work of one staff member over 6 weeks
• one staff is leaving on medical leave

Bullying in the workplace

• we have established 10 commandments 'for working at Malahat Nation'
• approval stage of bringing to C+C on June 27
• 3 signs in each building (Hul'qumi'num, English)

Janitorial Services

• cleaning products mixed in with foods (need to avoid confusion) - need better storage solutions
• there are some gaps in janitorial services
• currently we have 3rd party
• there are currently job employment openings at Malahat Nation
• mentorship to train janitors 

Lock Up 

• need to draft a lock-up procedure - in progress

HR Policy

• Lauren and Rachel work on this together
• no tentative date for next version
• there is a list of gaps that exists

Action Items

• figure out which cabinets to buy for cleaning products and how much admin budget we can use - Desiree to explore
