Overview of Spreadsheet

• evacuation plan is created for buildings in building floorplan templates (done by Jeni) and ready to be posted
  
• Jeni does not have KKC, upper level of gym and girls building plans - Jeni has requested from Shannon
• Jeni to deliver 5 binders to go to each workspace
• Jeni has emailed Ty - with Link to spreadsheet for review
• challenge with physical items getting completed due to O and M short staffing and unclear prioritization of work
  

Environment Building

• safety glasses and earplugs purchased
• Stephanie has gotten boat fire extinguishers are checked
• general inspection done for workspaces
• Desiree has followed up with Ty about the step that requires anti-slip (to be done ASAP)

Gym

• only one fire extinguisher in kitchen (which may be locked)
• Jeni has passed information and concerns about this building on to Ty and Shannon

Naatsumaat Building

• Economic development has moved to this building
• this is added to building list
• Jeni is gathering building info from Tristan - to work on safety goals

Rachel Update

• this site visit is a ground breaker and just a first step
• there will be things we need to work on it will be good to get the baseline established
• challenges with communications with Operations and Maintenance (Ty has just returned to work)
• staff shortages have been an issue getting things done
• consider getting a council-approved budget for OHS issues throughout the year - perhaps departmental contributions?

KKC 

• issues with pole stations?

Action Items

• Jeni to drop off 5 binders to workplaces - Jeni
• Jeni to hand out building plans - Jeni
• Tristan to provide Jeni with floor plans for Economic Development - Tristan/Jeni
• Provide Jeni with KKC, upper level of gym and girls building plans - Shannon?
