• Maarten has set up First Aid and Food safe for staff/community

• discussion with Mill Bay fire department - fire extinguisher training/team building exercise - possibility to coordinate with Nikita for parade day
• Daniel and Kate chatted re: cedar harvesting - suggested a tailgate meeting instead of forms

• Emergency Management funding opportunity - funding opportunity until March 31, 2024 - Daniel knows about this
