• Austin and Haley have started to prioritize action items
• O and M has checked several items off the list
• Zoe is working on adding standardized forms on Share Point

Injuries and Accidents March 2025

• review the near misses done in March 2025, action items need to be moved forward
• suggest having a timeline for fixing the recommendations
  • Solar PV - plan in progress to eliminate solar PV tile issue
  • burn pile - occurred in public works yard, Shannon's O and M is responsible, 
  • open burning
  • fuel storage
  • traffic going wrong direction (only documented in email)

• Meghan to send 2 x Near miss for burn pile and unattended fire via OHS email
