(Mobile) Accessing the Camera System: A Step-by-Step Guide
This guide provides instructions on how to access and navigate the camera system through the mobile (Android, iOS). Please ensure that you have received your login credentials from the IT department before proceeding.
Step 1: Downloading the App
- Apple App Store - HikCentral Connect for iOS devices
- Google Play Store - HikCentral Connect for Android devices).
Once directed to the app store, download and install "HikCentral Connect".
Step 2: Logging In
- Open HikCentral Connect (HCC) on your mobile device.
- Click Agree to Terms & Conditions prompted.
- Select Canada as Country/Region
- Enter the login credentials that were provided to you by the IT department (example shown in screenshot above).
Step 3: Selecting Cameras or Reviewing Past Videos

To Review Past Videos (Video on Demand - VOD):
- Click on 'Video Search' under the 'Home' tab.
- Use the provided tools to search and review past video recordings.
Navigating the App
- Upon successful login, you will have access to the camera system features.
- The app interface may differ slightly from the web version, but it should be intuitive and user-friendly.

- Ensure your mobile device is connected to a stable internet connection for optimal performance.
