How to Edit or Add an Email Signature in New Outlook

Follow these steps to edit or add an email signature in theĀ new Outlook:


Steps to Edit or Add a Signature

  1. Access Email Signature Settings

    • Open Outlook and navigate to:
      File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
  2. Select or Create a Signature

    • In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box:
      • To Edit: Select an existing signature from the list and make your changes in the Edit signature box.
      • To Add a New Signature: Click New, provide a name for the signature, and then compose your signature in the Edit signature box.
  3. Customize Your Signature

    • Use the formatting tools to style your signature (e.g., font, color, size).
    • Add any desired details such as:
      • Name
      • Job Title
      • Contact Information
      • Company Logo or Links
  4. Set Default Signature (Optional)

    • Under Choose default signature, set:
      • Your preferred signature for New messages.
      • A signature for Replies/forwards (optional).
  5. Save and Apply Changes

    • Click Save after editing or creating your signature.
    • Select OK to close the dialog box.
