Certificates and Training

New employees should add certificates and training they have accomplished to the Certificates and Training log sheet. The log sheet contains information such as the program name, description, and expiry date. The log sheet will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that employees have certificates and training that are valid and up-to-date.

Log Sheet

The log sheet will help inform which employees may be most suitable for work that requires a particular set of skills and training expertise. The log sheet will also help to plan which employees could complete new training programs.

Archive in Next Cloud

Each employee has a folder in One Drive under ENV - Administration\Certificates and Training. Scanned copies of certificate and training documents should be kept up to date in this folder.
