Notes

H+S Representatives 

• Cassie is away for the rest of the year - on leave
• Meghan to take notes until Cassie is back 
• Jeni is absent today but is still coming to meetings

OHS Training 

• can be done overtop of existing training hours and put 'OHS mandated training' in notes section of leave report up to 8 hours
• timeline is established but need to book training

Signage on Reserve

• Desiree has emailed Shannon/Melissa about signage but no response 
• need to keep this moving and start drafts
• Chief and Council has approved 'Malahat Nation Beliefs signage' waiting for QR code to be done
• need to get CPIIR funding for 'Campus Style' signs

Bushes and Trees

• O&M and field maintenance team to complete cutting 
• this is to be completed this week while weather is cool
• anything under Housing management will be accessed (through Rhonda)

Non-Slip

• at Environment and Administration offices need to be fixed
• Desiree has reached out to Donny but no response
• permanent type would be ideal
