Access Email Signature Settings
- Open Outlook and navigate to:
File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
- Open Outlook and navigate to:

Select or Create a Signature
- In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box:
- To Edit: Select an existing signature from the list and make your changes in the Edit signature box.
- To Add a New Signature: Click New, provide a name for the signature, and then compose your signature in the Edit signature box.
- In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box:

Customize Your Signature
- Use the formatting tools to style your signature (e.g., font, color, size).
- Add any desired details such as:
- Name
- Job Title
- Contact Information
- Company Logo or Links

Set Default Signature (Optional)
- Under Choose default signature, set:
- Your preferred signature for New messages.
- A signature for Replies/forwards (optional).
- Under Choose default signature, set:

Save and Apply Changes
- Click Save after editing or creating your signature.
- Select OK to close the dialog box.
