How to Edit or Add an Email Signature in New Outlook
Follow these steps to edit or add an email signature in the classic version ofnew Outlook (desktop application):

Access
theEmail Signature Settings- Open Outlook
onandyour desktop. Navigatenavigate to:
File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
- Open Outlook

Open the Signatures and Stationery Dialog BoxIn theMailsection of the Options window, click theSignatures...button.
EditSelect or Create a Signature- In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box:
- To Edit: Select an
Existing Signature:Select aexisting signature from thelist.list Makeand make your changes in the Edit signature box.
- To Add a New Signature:
- Click New
., Enterprovide a name for thenewsignature,signature.and Composethen compose your signature in the Edit signature box.

- In the Signatures and Stationery dialog box:

Customize Your Signature
- Use the formatting tools to
adjust:style- your
Fontsignaturestyle,(e.g.,size,font,andcolor,color.Alignment and spacing.size).- Add
links,anyimages,desired details such as:- Name
- Job Title
- Contact Information
- Company Logo or
a company logo, if needed.Links

aDefault Signature (Optional)- Under Choose default signature,
configure:set:- Your preferred signature for New messages

new emails. - Replies/forwards
: Choose a signature for replies and forwarded emails(or leave blank)optional).

Yourand Apply ChangesOnceClickyou'veSavefinishedafter editing or creating yoursignature, clickSave.signature.ClickSelect OK to close theSignatures and Stationerydialog box.
