      Austin and Haley have started to prioritize action items O and M has checked several items off the list Zoe is working on adding standardized forms on Share Point

      Injuries and Accidents March 2025

        review the near misses done in March 2025, action items need to be moved forward suggest having a timeline for fixing the recommendations
          Solar PV - plan in progress to eliminate solar PV tile issue burn pile - occurred in public works yard, Shannon's O and M is responsible,  open burning fuel storage traffic going wrong direction (only documented in email)

            follow up to see if Ty will be part of committee - Rachel follow up with Haley/Rachel to see if we can change time to 1:30-2:30 PM Charlie and Haley to plan fire drill for Environment/Member Services - Haley/Charles Zoe to modify the 'Formal Worksite' form to be called 'Monthly OHS Inspection Report' and save in Forms Share Point- Zoe : Malahat Nation\ADM - Library\Occupational Health & Safety Resources\Forms create a draft 'Weekly Vehicle Inspection' form and save draft in 'Forms' in Share Point - Haley Fleet management - put documents here Malahat Nation\ADM - Library\Occupational Health & Safety Resources\Fleet Management - Austin Rachel to complete annual H+S report - Rachel Charles and Haley to prioritize tracker list and send to Josh CAO - Haley ask Dan Paxmans how members of OHS can send emails under the OHS address - Meghan (request OHS committee entire access) Austin to schedule Fire Response inspection of sketchy chemicals facilities - Austin Discuss fuel boat shed issue in April 2025 meeting OHS  add traffic going wrong direction (only documented in email) in 2025 April meeting near miss Meghan to send 2 x Near miss for burn pile and unattended fire via OHS email
