return to work of one staff member over 6 weeks one staff is leaving on medical leave

Bullying in the workplace

we have established 10 commandments 'for working at Malahat Nation' approval stage of bringing to C+C on June 27 3 signs in each building (Hul'qumi'num, English)

Janitorial Services

cleaning products mixed in with foods (need to avoid confusion) - need better storage solutions there are some gaps in janitorial services currently we have 3rd party there are currently job employment openings at Malahat Nation mentorship to train janitors 

Lock Up 

need to draft a lock-up procedure - in progress

HR Policy

Lauren and Rachel work on this together no tentative date for next version there is a list of gaps that exists

Action Items

Rachel to touch base with Lauren re: funding for cleaning products storage - Rachel figure out which cabinets to buy for cleaning products and how much admin budget we can use - Desiree to explore draft lock-up procedure - all to help develop Jeni Gunn to explore OHS training - Jeni Desiree follow up on list of medications that Environment has in First Aid kits - Desiree
