Film Night Updates
- Meghan to meet Pieter Romer at 5:30 pm at 110 Thunder Road and help him set up
- Daniel to present safety opportunities and training before film (6:00-7:00pm) and after film (7:45pm)
- ICS training opportunities CPIIR and Daniel
- Marine Safety Training (SVOP, SDVBS, ROCM, Marine Basic First Aid)
- Fire Extinguisher Training (more upcoming in future) - need to get school age kids involved, since they are left at home. opportunity to latch on to existing programs
- opportunity to ask community about safety concerns
General Updates
- one staff member is still on medical leave from workplace injury
- staff can be referred to health department for basic workplace injuries/needs
- signage is completed
- need to plan nation-wide fire drill
Action Items
- reach out to Dan Pasmans re: talking to Daniel about set up at KKC
- create comment box with: What are your top 3 safety concerns either personal, family or community? - Meg/Sam
- create sign up sheet for ICS training - Meghan/Sam
- set up food and chairs area for event- Daniel
- create how-to guide to set up movie in KKC in Docs
- bring AAA batteries to KKC for remote - Sam/Dylan
- ask Rachel about workplace injury file and if any mitigation measures are needed - next meeting update
