Chicken Parmesan

Serves: 4-6 People

Equipment
  • Spatula
  • Large Frying Pan
  • Large Pot
  • Baking Sheet/Pyrex Dish
Ingredients
  • 1 cup, seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup, grated parmesan cheese or other cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 chicken breasts, cut in half for 8 pieces
  • 1 can (8oz), tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup, cooking oil
  • 1 package, pasta
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Cut chicken breasts in half (fillet style so that they are thin). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towel and set aside.

  3. Wisk three eggs in a shallow bowl

  4. Dump bread crumb into a shallow bowl

  5. Heat up cooking oil in frying pan. While oil heats dip each piece of chicken first in eggs, then in the bread crumbs. Place breaded chicken in pan. Repeat process for as many pieces as you can fit in the pan without the pieces of chicken touching.

  6. Flip chicken when golden. When all pieces of chicken are golden place on baking sheet/pyrex dish. Put one table spoon pasta sauce on the top of each breast and sprinkle cheese on top. Set aside.

  7. Fill pot with water put on medium heat till it boils. Once water is boiling put chicken in the oven and add pasta to water.

  8. Cook chicken in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden.

  9. When Pasta is cooked drain water and mix in remaining pasta sauce.

  10. Serve pasta with Chicken breast on top. Sprinkle more cheese over and eat!
