Overview
This document outlines the process for uploading and managing photos within the Malahat Nation’s information systems. This process allows members and employees to easily share and access photos related to various departments and events.

Uploading Process
- Select the Appropriate Department Folder: Find the folder corresponding to the most relevant department (e.g., ADM for Administration, IST for Information Systems & Technology, ENV for Environment, PRO for Community Programs, etc.).
- Create a New Event Folder: Within the department folder, create a new folder for your event. Name it in the format
YYYY-MM-DD Event Name, whereYYYY-MM-DDis the date the photos were taken. For example,2022-07-15 Community Gathering. - Upload Your Photos: Add your photos to this newly created event folder.
Viewing Photos
Uploaded photos take up to a day to sync to the Photo Viewing App.
Accessing the Photo Viewing App
- Visit Malahat Nation Photo App.
- If you do not have the username and password, proceed to the next step.
Obtaining Login Credentials
- Log in to Malahat Docs.
- Navigate to the page where the credentials are displayed.
- Use these credentials to log in to the Malahat Nation Photo App.
Browsing Photos
Once logged in, you can browse through the photos, which are organized by department and event.
