• Bullying and Harassment in Programs: does the OHS policy cover community members who are participating in programs? There seems to be a gap there with members (and staff) reporting harassment and bullying during some programs, deterring them from taking part in programs. How does this get addressed in a consistent, productive manner?

5. Scheduling fire drills for each department/build
6. MSET - purchase of totes and alarm - approval
