The Crown holds no responsibility for any intellectual property claims. Authorization from third parties is the responsibility of Malahat. 

Language Requirements

Must provide services, when appropriate, to accommodate needs of both official language communities (French/English)

Public Announcements and Media

Canada and Malahat will share information promptly in the event of significant or emerging media enquiries.

Announcements should include the phrase "This project is funded in part by the Government of Canada.   "

Capital Assets and Acquisitions

Objectives

To develop a planning strategy for a rural transit solution appropriate to the specific needs of Malahat Nation.
