Objectives

To support local governments and modern Treaty First Nations in advancing identified community goals through the creation of more complete communities. The program provides application-based funding for communities to undertake assessments of their land use to inform potential actions to create more complete communities. The grant allows greater data and spatial analysis to inform planning at the local level and coincides with the development of the local area plans within the CVRD electoral areas.
